Texas Health Breaks Ground on Cancer Center

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford broke ground on a freestanding cancer center Friday, the Star-Telegram reports.

The $6 million, 38,000-square-foot facility be a partnership with cancer physicians group Texas Oncology, developer Cambridge Holdings, and Texas Health Resources. The facility will be at the northeast corner of Hospital Parkway and Tibbets Drive, south of the main hospital.

The center is expected to open next fall.
