Alvaro Rizo-Patron, who most recently served as division vice president and regional manager for Dallas-based Jacobs, an engineering and design firm, has been named regional vice president at Hammes Co., a Brookfield, Wis.-based healthcare building consulting firm.
At Jacobs, Rizo-Patron was responsible for all project management and construction management tasks. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience with major building and infrastructure projects and has managed quality delivery and customer satisfaction for more than 40 capital improvement projects.
In his new role, Rizo-Patron will be in charge of Hammes’ Texas healthcare market. His responsibilities will include managing Hammes’ services including strategic business planning, facility planning, development, financing and operations of integrated health campuses, replacement hospitals, freestanding ambulatory centers, medical office buildings, and wellness centers to healthcare clients.
Rizo-Patron earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from St. Mary’s University and his master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
