Baylor Scott & White Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation-Pflugerville in Austin has opened one month before it was expected to in September. The new clinic is located near the system’s current Pflugerville medical center.
According to Baylor Scott & White Heath, the 3,100-square-foot clinic will provide comprehensive physical therapy, including manual therapy, dry needling, and vestibular rehab. The center also will offer fusionetics, a program physical therapists will use to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Colleen Sundquist, regional vice president of clinical operations at Baylor Scott & White-Austin and Round Rock, said in a statement: “This new location, with its focus on physical medicine and rehabilitation, is designed to help Pflugerville residents recover from injury and get back to their active lifestyles.
