Seniority Inc., a national senior-living management company based in Dallas, has promoted Jonathan Carrier to chief development officer.
Carrier will lead all real estate development, operations, and acquisitions for Seniority Inc. as well as Senior Quality Lifestyles Corp., a nonprofit that sponsors and operates life care communities.
“Jonathan’s focus and forward-thinking leadership style is a tremendous asset to our team as we expand into new markets … ” Stan Waterhouse, president and CEO of Seniority Inc., said in a news release. “He has an extensive background in construction management, and I couldn’t think of a better person for this role.”
Prior to joining Seniority, Carrier served as vice president of development for SQLC and as vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a senior member of the Dallas Market and Project Development. He’s a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a master’s of science in construction management.
Seniority Inc. is the managing partner of retirement communities in Texas, California, Indiana, and Oklahoma. It provides the properties with sales, marketing, management, and development services.
