Doctors Sell A Clinic Building in Colleyville

The doctors who work at and owned a Colleyville clinic building have sold it to Provlepsi LLC for an undisclosed sum.

The 10,779-square-foot Family Healthcare Associates-Colleyville Clinic building on Brown Trail had been purchased as an investment by the doctors who work there 12 years ago.

The facility, built by HCA Healthcare in 1995, was first leased to—and then bought by—NEDOCS LLC, the holding company for the doctors, in 2005.

The doctors with Family Healthcare Associates, who will continue to maintain operations in the building, focus on primary care, diagnostic services, gynecology, and after-hours care.

According to the seller’s representatives, the sale was a 1031 exchange. It came about, they said, because Texas-based Provlepsi is exiting its investments in the Seattle market in favor of opportunities in the Lone Star State.

NEDOCS was represented by Jim Nowell with Colliers International and Jim Eagle with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.
