Dallas-based Access Healthcare, which specializes in revenue cycle business process and IT services, has been named a Leader in a report titled “Healthcare Provider BPO—Service Provider Landscape with Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2017” by the Everest Group, a consulting and research firm.
The Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix is a proprietary framework for assessing service providers and categorizing them as Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants.
The 2017 report, which assessed 20 BPO service providers in healthcare, cited Access Healthcare’s market-leading vision and strategy, innovation and investments, and delivery footprint, among other things.
Anurag Jain, Access Healthcare chairman, said in a news release that being recognized by Everest Group as a Leader was exciting. “By continuing to invest strategically in innovation and market growth, we can offer a differentiated value proposition to our healthcare provider customers,” he added.
Access, which has more than 8,000 employees in the U.S., India, and the Philippines, supports more than 150,000 physicians and serves more than 80 specialties.
