Janie Wade, senior vice president of finance for Baylor Scott & White Health since 2013, has been hired by Broomfield, Colorado-based SCL Health as executive vice president and CFO.
SCL, a $2.5 billion, faith-based provider of nonprofit healthcare services mainly in Colorado and Montana, said Wade would assume the CFO role from Lydia Jumonville, who was named SCL’s president and CEO last October.
At Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White, Wade led the revenue cycle and health information management teams for 22 wholly owned and managed hospitals and clinics. She also oversaw the Baylor Health Care System’s five-year financial plan and budget.
In her role as CFO, Wade will lead SCL’s financial organization, providing “systemwide strategic oversight and direction for finance, accounting, payroll, treasury, revenue cycle, supply chain, and real estate.”
Jumonville said Wade, who will join SCL on Feb. 26, rose to the top among candidates for the position following a national search.
