As chief medical officer for HP Enterprise Services U.S. Federal Healthcare, Pawan Goyal is responsible for establishing strategic direction in areas of health informatics and enterprise business transformation for the Federal Healthcare portfolio of more than 2,500 professionals supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Indian Health Service (IHS), and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HSS). With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare delivery and management for large federal, state, and local government contexts, Goyal has spent the last nine years as senior advisor for the VA with EDS—now HP.
