On Nov. 19, a who’s-who of the North Texas healthcare industry converged on D Magazine’s downtown headquarters for the unveiling of the first-ever Excellence in Healthcare Awards. Industry stalwarts like Texas Health Resources founder Doug Hawthorne mingled with up-and-comers like John Olajide, founder of the rapidly-expanding home health company Axxess.
