Compass Professional Health Services is moving from Uptown into the Bank of America Plaza, reports Steve Brown with The Dallas Morning News.
The healthcare administration firm plans to use two floors of the massive 72-story building, which amounts to about 58,000 square feet of leased space. Compass contracts with employers to provide healthcare services for employees. It has nearly 2,000 contracts with companies across the country. It was started in 2005 and has been headquartered in Uptown’s Centrum tower since 2011.
Contracted health services companies are a proving quite successful, particularly so in this market. The Tenet-owned Conifer Health Services continues to increase revenue each quarter and moved to a building in Frisco in 2014.
