JPS Health Network, a healthcare delivery provider based in Fort Worth, will break ground on a patient-centered medical center in northeast Tarrant County this Friday.
The new center, which is expected to open next summer, will provide primary and specialty care for residents in Hurst, Euless, and Bedford.
According to JPS, the clinic spans 35,000 square feet and intends to provide primary care, women’s health, behavioral health, dental, optometry, laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy services. By combining services, JPS hopes to coordinate care for patients so that they’re able to receive appropriate diagnostics under one roof.
In addition to multiple care outlets, JPS patients also have access to on-call social workers and financial screeners. They plan to help patients identify funding sources and provide educational classes to teach patients how to manage chronic conditions better.
