Melissa McLeroy has been named chief financial officer at Medical City Dallas. She replaces Susan Shreeve, who was promoted to be CFO of the capital division in Richmond, Virginia, for HCA, Medical City’s parent.
As CFO, McLeroy will oversee all financial activities, including accounting and budgeting, as well as operational strategies such as forecasting and planning.
“Melissa brings proven results leading financial, operational, and growth initiatives,” Chris Mowan, CEO of Medical City Dallas, said in a news release. “Her strong experience with development and financial performance makes her the ideal fit for this position.”
Most recently, McLeroy served as CFO at Medical City Plano and Medical City Frisco since 2014. Previously she served in roles at Medical City Dallas from 2002 until 2014 as vice president of finance, controller, assistant controller, and senior financial analyst.
She earned a bachelor of business studies degree from Dallas Baptist University, and a master of business administration degree from Texas Woman’s University.
