Vivify Health Has Tripled in Size and is Expanding its Space in Plano

Vivify Health, a digital platform powering numerous health provider technologies across the country, is growing its office presence at the Shops at Legacy by 40 percent. Vivify has been in their current location since 2014, and is taking over adjacent space.

Vivify Health’s cloud-based platform helps providers create personalized health plans, biometric data monitoring, virtual health visits, and patient education that is also integrated with electronic medical records. It is under contract with over 800 hospitals nationwide, including Children’s Health, Texas Health Resources, and UT Southwestern. They have doubled revenue every year since 2014.

A number of wireless devices allow Vivify users to measure everything from blood pressure and glucose levels to steps, which is input into the system and allows providers to personalize care. Outcomes have included a more than 65 percent reduction in hospital readmissions and more than a 30 percent reduction in home care visits for users.

Vivify CEO and co-founder Eric Rock says that Vivify has been able to beat out coastal technology systems because of Dallas’ advantages. He notes the climate, cost of living, central location, and growing economy as factors that have kept the company in North Texas. The company has grown to 60 staff, but Rock says they are likely to double that within a year. “We won’t be able to hire fast enough,” he says.

“At Vivify Health, we’re making significant contributions in healthcare IT and we are proud to have grown three times since 2015.” says Rock, who helped developed a waitlist management software that was purchased by OpenTable before he moved into healthcare technology. “This most recent and significant investment in talent reflects our strong commitment to the development of the local economy and our community at large.”
