Plano-based StatiFi Health partnered with Strive Clinical Network to serve members of the Employees Retirement System of Texas. The East Texas network of 100 primary care physicians exceeded quality and cost goals at its 52 locations throughout East Texas.
StatiFi Health’s integrated healthcare services partners with independent physicians to help deliver care to patients. For the fiscal year that ended in the September, Strive saved over $2.5 million for more than 5,000 ERS members and met 85 percent quality metrics. Strive also scored 80 percent on the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems.
The partnership resulted in 93 percent of patients receiving follow-up test results, 95 percent of patients reported getting timely appointments, 98 percent reported positive doctor communication, and an eight percent reduction in costs compared to the rest of the market.
“We are incredibly proud of the results achieved this year. The excellent work of our providers and the care team at StratiFi Health are making a positive impact on the East Texas community. We are happy to have ERS as a partner who recognizes and rewards our performance,” said Kyle McMorries, M.D., president of Strive Clinical Network via release.
StatiFi’s services helped Strive manage chronic disease support, complex case management, health coaching, transitions of care, referral management, clinical care gap closures, and patient scheduling.
“There is a strong sense of community in East Texas. It is not surprising that this network of doctors was able to perform so well in their first-year contract with the State of Texas. We are proud of these results – and we’re energized by them. This is a testament of what is possible when there is direct collaboration between the physicians, who provide the care, and the employer, who pays for care on behalf of the people who receive it,” said Christopher Crow, M.D., CEO of StratiFi Health via release.
