In 2018, women made up the majority of applicants to medical school. Just 40 percent of physicians are women, and even fewer move into leadership. Only 22 percent of full professors at academic medical centers are women, and 16 percent of leadership in administration or department levels are women. Reserve your spot for this breakfast panel, where we will hear from North Texas women leaders from across the healthcare industry as they discuss the unique challenges facing women, how the industry has changed, and the importance of a diverse leadership team.
At D CEO‘s Women Leaders Healthcare Breakfast Panel, we are hosting leaders who represent major health systems across DFW, bringing perspectives from primary care, surgery, nursing, and hospital administration. We hope you can make it!
