The practice signed a 15-year lease in 40,252 square feet on the first floor of the building at 6080 North Central Expressway, and is expected to move in early 2020. Vivify Health Has Tripled in Size and is Expanding its Space in Plano

Vivify Health, a digital platform powering numerous health provider technologies across the country, is growing its office presence at the Shops at Legacy by 40 percent. Vivify has been in their current location since 2014, and is taking over adjacent space. Vivify Health’s cloud-based platform helps providers create personalized health plans, biometric data monitoring, virtual health visits, and patient education that is also integrated with electronic medical records. DFW Leads the Nation in Medical Office Space Growth

Medical office space growth in Dallas-Fort Worth reflects the medical industry’s growth overall.  The region was the leading market for medical office construction from quarter three in 2017 through quarter two in 2018, according to CBRE. Nearly one million square feet of medical office space were added during the period, with 95,000 square feet still under construction. The CBRE report details the growth in Dallas, which  was second only to Houston in medical office space between 2010 and 2018, building 2,739,006 square feet. Healthcare Associates of Texas is moving from one Dallas suburb to another, as it relocates its headquarters from Irving to Plano. The primary care practice management company will be in a 20,258 -square-foot office in the International Business Park in Plan after being in Irving for 20 years. Southwest Transplant Alliance Breaks Ground on First-of-its-Kind Facility

Southwest Transplant Alliance, a nonprofit organization that connects organ donors to recipients, broke ground on a new facility that will be the first-of-its-kind in Texas on Wednesday. The new 77,000 square-foot building will feature operating rooms, a donor recovery center, and offices. The new building is built to save time for the medical professionals who often spent hours on the road between the organ donor locations and the transplant centers. Caddis Breaks Ground on Frisco Medical Pavilion

Caddis, a Dallas-based national healthcare real estate firm, broke ground on the Frisco Medical Pavilion this month. The 34,650 square foot, multi-tenant facility is expected to be complete next summer.
