Cooper Aerobics has named  Elizabeth Niksich as the Director of Wellness for VentanaFit with Cooper Wellness Strategies. Capital Senior Living Names New Chief Operating Officer

Capital Senior Living has appointed Brandon M. Ribar as chief operating officer. He joins one of the nation’s largest operators of senior living communities after nearly ten years of experience at Golden Living, a $3 billion post-acute healthcare provider. Ribar was most recently senior vice president at Golden Living, where he oversaw 305 skilled nursing and assisted living centers and 20,000 employees across 21 states. Look: Buckner’s $140 Million Senior High-Rise Partners with Baylor

Nonprofits Buckner and Baylor Scott and White are partnering at Ventana, Dallas’ first luxury senior living towers. The $140 million residential community opened last week, and includes other partnerships with Cooper Wellness Strategies and Chef Stephen Pyles as well. The two twelve-story towers include 189 independent living apartments, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that range from 950 to 2,000 square feet.
