Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas has named Dr. Sealy Massingill as its new chief medical officer. As CMO, Massingill will oversee clinical staff at health centers in Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, Waco, Austin, Corsicana, Paris, Tyler, and surrounding communities.
