Donald E. Katz has been promoted to vice president of facilities and process design at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. He joined the hospital in 1986. He will now oversee process design, engineering, grounds, environmental services and security, in addition to maintaining his clinical orthotics practice.

Arguijo has 18 years of experience in healthcare, most recently as the vice president of operations for Covenant Health System in Lubbock. During her time at Covenant, Arguijo led the Cardiovascular, Orthopedic, and Neuro service lines. Her career also includes executive leadership roles at Pediatrix Medical Group of Richardson, and U.S. Oncology in Richardson.

His new responsibilities will include overseeing research, staff wellness, guest services, and the T. Boone Pickens Training and Conference Center.

Her new responsibilities include overseeing nursing in Inpatient Services, Ambulatory Care, and Surgery, as well as overseeing performance improvement, infection prevention, therapy services, and the pharmacy.
