Dallas-based T-System Names A New Chief Executive

Healthcare IT company T-System named a new chief executive officer on Wednesday. The company is tapping Bob Wilhelm for the role. Wilhelm had been serving as CEO of Adreima, a revenue cycle management company bought by the similarly aimed nThrive in 2016. He’s also had stints at Cerner and Trizetto. He replaces Roger Davis. In July, Davis left to take up the CEO job at Revint Solutions, which helps healthcare companies recover revenue from being underpaid on reimbursements. T-System Hires A New CFO

Dallas-based T-System has added Steve DeCosta as its chief financial officer. DeCosta comes over from Research Now, a digital data company, and will head the day-to-day financial operations as well as the financial and operating strategy for T-System and RevCycle+, its sister company. Dallas-based T-System Partners with Precision Practice Management on Urgent Care Tech

T-System, which was acquired last year for $200 million by Fidelity National Financial, Inc., announced this week that it’s moving further into the urgent care space. The Dallas-based company partnered with Precision Practice Management to create T-System Complete Care, a business process software for urgent care centers. T-System was established in 1996 as a documentation product for emergency departments, and has expanded to freestanding ERs and urgent care centers since.
